Return and Exchange Policy


  1.      - All Products can be returned within 15 days if its condition is good for resale
  2.      - No return if damaged due to human error.
  3.      - No return if used and affecting the resale value
  4.      - No return if the warranty sticker is being tampered, stamped or removed.
  5.      - No return on the refurbished screens, only exchange is allowed when there is quality issue. (Please click here for more detail)


Attention: None of the electronic components and accessories can be reused or recycled.  Due to the technician’s objective knowledge on the products and the different level of skills, as well as the variables due to different users’ handling experience, the final result of the refurbishment can vary. We will try our best to provide you the best after service experience. Meanwhile, we strongly suggest you check and test the screen before the refurbishment. Should you find any broken wires or issues with the screen, please notify us at once. We sincerely remind you that 99% of the time, the screen explosion (e.g.: not turning on, party black screen, stripes on the pictures) is due to human errors. You might unintentionally destroy the screen at testing, say, press on the connectors, inner screen corners, etc. These circumstances are not included in the warranty. 


Return and Exchange Procedure:

  1. 1. If you have any products needs to be fixed, exchanged or returned under the warranty, please fill up the “Request for Return and Exchange” Form with all the products info and send to us directly.
  2. 2. We will contact you as soon as we have received your Request Form. We will have different mail options depend on the locations.

         2.1 Spain and Portugal Inland

- If you return value is over 100€, we will add the RETORNO service for free at your next order. When Courier delivers the new order, they will ask you for the return products. You only need to put a note when you place the order in the messaging area –Return Service Requested – either in Spanish or English. (Messaging area is at the step 3, underneath the “update address”. This is where you can free type your note to us.)

- If your return value is lower than 100€ but you would like to exchange your products right away, we will add 3€ for RETORNO service.

- If you just wanted to return without any new orders, regardless of the value of the return, we will charge you 6€ courier fee.

         2.2 Spain and Portugal islands

You can send the registered mail (Correo Certificado) to us. If your exchange value is above 200€, we will pay for your postage with store credit/voucher. Please check with our customer service with the extra cost should you decide to have our courier pick up your return items.

         2.3 Other European Union

We can arrange the pickup with UPS. We will quote you the shipping fee based on the return value, weight and dimensions. Please contact our customer service for details.

  1. 3. Once we have received your return products, we will contact you right away and provide you with a tracking number. You can check the return status based on the tracking number. We will be checking whether the return products match the content in your “Request for Return and Exchange” form. We will also be checking if these products are under the warranty.


  1. 4. We will handle the return and exchange within 4 working days. We will contact you if we have any further questions. We will provide you the exchange/return result via email or WeChat with a form. Should you have any questions on the result, please feel free to contact our customer service.


  1. When decided on the return & exchange order, we’ll send you the requested exchange product together with the next order. For the return items, we’ll provide you a store credit/voucher that is valid for 3 months. You can use it in your next order.
